Sustainable Project Management for Reconstruction, Recovery and Development

This module applies core project management standards and frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) to the governance, resilience and delivery excellence needed to run reconstruction and development projects at scale in complex recovery settings. Aimed at senior practitioners, it covers risk and resilience management, stakeholder communication, procurement and supply-chain strategy, and change leadership specific to reconstruction contexts, alongside hybrid delivery models and emerging automation trends. The module centres evidence-based decision-making, ethical governance and the measurement systems needed to sustain delivery excellence as reconstruction and development risks evolve.
